  • Right of withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract between the seller and the consumer. The text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer before the contract is concluded. If this is not possible, it will be stated that the terms can be sent free of charge upon request.

In the case of an electronic contract, the text of these conditions may also be provided digitally, allowing the consumer to easily store it. If specific product or service terms apply, these terms will also be applicable, with the consumer having the right to invoke the most favorable provision in case of conflicting terms.

Article 4 – Offer and Order

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, we will clearly state this. We always provide a full and accurate description of what we sell and the ordering process. Images are a true representation of the offered products and/or services. In case of obvious errors, we are not obligated to deliver.

The contract is finalized once we confirm your order by email and the payment has been approved by the card issuer. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery in case of payment refusal. Orders without valid payment will not be processed.

To purchase a product, add it to your cart, provide your contact and billing details, and confirm the order by pressing "place order." In case of late payment or payment issues, Revive Couture is authorized to dissolve the contract.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods and/or services from Revive Couture, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery or cancel the contract. Returns are at your own expense, and we request that you submit a return request via revivecouture.info@gmail.com.

After receiving the returned order within 14 days or after you notify us of the contract cancellation, we will refund the full purchase price to the same account used for the payment within 14 days.

Please handle the products and packaging with care. Goods may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary for evaluation. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with price tags intact. Returns can be sent by mail or courier.

Article 6 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may only be excluded by the seller if this is clearly stated in the offer, well before the conclusion of the contract. Exclusion is possible for:

  • Products made at the consumer’s request.

  • Clearly personal products.

  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.

Article 7 – Price

During the offer’s validity period, prices will not be increased. Our prices include taxes and services, except for shipping costs, which will be specified before the final order placement.

Article 8 – Payment

Payments are only accepted via the payment modules on our website.

Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty

We guarantee that the products meet the agreement, the specifications in the offer, and the reasonable expectations of reliability and legal requirements. The warranty from the seller, manufacturer, or importer does not affect the consumer's legal rights.

For damaged or defective products, we cover the return costs. If the return costs are higher, we will only compensate for the damaged product.

Article 10 – Delivery and Performance

All goods and services are delivered to the address provided. We are not responsible for errors in the delivery address that result in delays or non-delivery.

Products in stock will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. If products are unavailable, the customer will be informed by email about the new delivery date. If the customer disagrees with the delay, they can cancel the order or choose an alternative product.

In the event of a late delivery, we will inform the customer in time. If we fail to do so, the customer can cancel the order at no cost. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Damaged goods during transport must be reported within 3 days, after which the return can be made free of charge within 14 days.

We are not liable for consequential damages due to delays or non-delivery by the carrier. Our liability is limited to the value of the undelivered items.

Article 11 – Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. This means we may suspend our obligations or permanently dissolve the contract. Force majeure includes, among others, strikes, fires, business disruptions, energy issues, network failures, and the unavailability of our website.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property Rights

Our website, logos, texts, photos, names, and communications are protected by intellectual property rights. It is prohibited to use or modify them without our written permission.

Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can reach us at revivecouture.info@gmail.com. We strive to handle complaints within 5 days. If more time is needed, you will receive an update on when to expect a more detailed response. Complaints must be submitted clearly and promptly after discovering the defects.
